Refund policy

Eligibility

  • You may apply for an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 3 days for an exchange.

  • Items must be unstitched, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Returns or exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability at the time of request.

  • Free exchange is only applicable if the item has a visible defect.

  • If the item is not defective, the buyer will bear courier charges.

Courier Charges

  • If the product is defective ➝ Exchange will be processed free of charge.

  • If the product is not defective ➝ Buyer pays return courier charges.

Return & Exchange Procedure

To request an exchange, please follow the steps below:

  1. Take a clear picture of the defective area.

  2. Pack the item in its original packaging.

  3. Email us at 📩 rangonideate@gmail.com with your:

    • Order details

    • Picture of the defect (if applicable)

    • Reason for return/exchange

  4. We will provide you with the return address.

  5. Send the parcel through your preferred courier service.

  6. After we receive and inspect the parcel, your exchange will be processed within 3 days.

Important Notes

  • This policy applies only to unstitched clothing.

  • No refunds — exchange only.

  • Free exchange applies only for visible manufacturing defects.

  • Courier charges are non-refundable.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and device screens and are not considered defects.
